What we collect, what we don't.

What we collect

If you create an account, we store your username, email, and password hash. If you accept analytics consent via the banner, we record a minimal server-side event log of which pages you visited. No third-party trackers run before you accept.

What we don't collect

  • We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party fingerprinting tracker by default.
  • We do not sell any data to anyone, ever.
  • We do not require an account to browse, watch clips, or read the timeline.

Cookies

Three cookies, all first-party: a session cookie for sign-in, a CSRF cookie for form security, and a consent cookie recording your analytics choice. The consent cookie is set only when you click Accept or Decline on the banner.

Ad serving

Google AdSense loads on every page. Until you accept the consent banner, ads serve in non-personalized mode using Google Consent Mode v2. After accepting, ads may be personalized using cookies set by Google — see Google's ad policies.
