Rae built her name on Instagram cypher clips before that was a career path. She came up dancing to '90s dancehall — Beenie Man, Lady Saw — and you see it in her hip work, which sits deeper than most drill dancers' do. Brought a generation of dancehall vocabulary into the sturdy lexicon.
